Charlie Emswiler has been in the meat business for 19 years and has owned Wahoo Locker with his wife, Kristi, for the past 13.  He strives to provide quality products and services to his customers and continues to learn and grow in his profession.  Charlie has won over 75 state and national awards for his smoked products.  He is a member of the Nebraska Association of Meat Processors and the American Association of Meat Processors. 

Charlie accepting his newest award, the "Taste of NE"  for his jalapeno and cheddar snack sticks.  This was given by the NE Assoc. of Meat processors.  Charlie also recieved 5 other awards in the cured meats competion this year.
